This is a model of letter that will help you with writing part 2:
Remember you must use:
- Use Dear... to open your letter (never use Hi or Hello because you're not writing to your friend)
- Don't use contractions like I'm, I'd, I've...
- Express yourself in a polite and formal way (using modals and formulas as I would like to... , Could you please tell me ...?)
- Close your letter with formal expressions like: sincerely, yours faihfully, looking forward hearing from you or thank you in advance...)
